For the last few months or so I’ve been making smoothies every morning before work. A little extra time to put them together is definitely worth it, as they only get easier to make the more you do it! I’m starting to write down the smoothies that stand out to me, so I’ll be sharing those with you all in the future.
Here’s what I made this morning:
(1) banana
(10) cherries, pitted (s0o0o pitted)
(3 Tbsp) hemp seeds
(~1) flesh from Thai coconut
(1 tsp) broccoli sprout powder
(1 tsp) spinach powder
(1/2 scoop) Sun Warrior raw vegan protein powder
(1 tsp) ashwagandha powder
(1 heaping Tbsp) Cocoa Mojo powder
(enough to cover all ingredients) almond milk
Remember not to chug your smoothie! Your saliva breaks down the sugars, so savor the flavor in ya mouth before gulping it! I usually make the drink last my entire commute.
